Anne Curtis Smith (Filipino-Australian) is a TV presenter, recording artist and entrepreneur. The award-winning actress has received numerous accolades during her career. She has also been nominated for two Gawad Urian Awards as well as eight PMPC Star Awards for Movies. Curtis starred in several television shows, including Hiram Kampanerang (2005), Maging Sino Ka Man Dyosa (2008) Green Rose (2011) and Kailangan Ko'y Ikaw (2013). She played the cult Komiks character Dyesebel in the Mars Ravelo show Dyesebel. Also, she has been the host of the noontime variety show, It's Time to Showtime (2009-2020). Anne Curtis born 17 February 1985 in Australia is an actress from the Philippines, a model television host entrepreneur and recording artist. Her achievements include numerous awards throughout her career, including the two FAMAS Awards, a Luna Award and two Metro Manila Film Festival Awards, and five PMPC Star Awards in the television category. Moreover, she is also nominated for 2 Gawad Urian Awards as well as 8 PMPC Star Awards For Movies. Curtis starred several television programs, including Hiram, Maging Sino Dyosa and Green Rose. She portrayed Dyesebel as the eminent Komiks character from Mars Ravelo's Dyesebel. In addition, she hosted the midday variety show It's Showtime between 2009 and 2020. Curtis is the daughter Carmencita Ojales, a Filipina originally from Bolinao Pangasinan, and James Ernest Curtis Smith, an Australian lawyer. Her birthplace was Yarrawonga within Victoria, Australia. In 1982, her father was married by Ojales. Her older sibling Jasmine was also an actress. On their father's side they were half-sisters with a name Clare who died in 2007 of an illness of the heart at just the age of four months.
